Joe Thomas made his name on the Professional Bass Circuit but is now well-known as not only a top-notch angler (Stihl’s Reel in the Outdoors) but an expert bow hunter, currently featured on the show American Archer.

Tune into American Archer on the Outdoor Channel Tuesday 1/28/2025 7am EST Wednesday 1/29/2025 11am EST Joe Thomas returns to remote northern Manitoba to hunt for a bull moose on the same lake where he previously found success.    This week, Outdoor Channel will rerun a sensational moose hunting show with one of our favorite TV personality/hosts, Joe Thomas. Joe has filmed several shows with us over the years including three on fishing, one show on trophy pike and the other two on trophy lake trout plus two bear hunts, two caribou hunts and now two moose hunts. The resulting shows have been outstanding.

In 2023, Joe returned to re-team with ace Hunting North guide Ken P. (left) to see if they could recreate the magic from their first moose hunt seven years ago when Joe took a 50” plus trophy bull. We are pleased to say they did and the end result was a fantastic show really capturing the elements of a trophy moose hunt with Hunting North. The field footage is classic.
